It Is Finished. Period.
Jesus said, “It is finished. “
No more trying to fix it.
No more trying to be worthy.
No more struggling to be good enough.
Please stop.
It is finished.
Jesus’ offer to carry you, me, our burdens, worries, and fears, is trustworthy. He is able.
Have peace. Have the Peace only Christ can offer.
Stop wrestling and rest.
It is done. It is over.
Know, and understand death lost the battle and has no hold on those who will let Jesus take their burdens, worries, and sins. Accept that His life, death, and resurrection are enough. He is enough.
Let go of what you hold so tightly.
Like a child who wants to jump into their parent’s waiting arms, let go of fear and fall into the Savior’s arms.
He is able. He will catch you.
Jesus has authority over life.
He will never leave you or forsake you.
He laid down His life for you.
Jesus loves you. You.
Jesus,
I lift in prayer anyone who reads this and feels your pulling at their heart. Please give them the courage to trust you now and not wait until they have all the answers or fully understand.
Grow in them the desire to search and find your love for them.
